The SDS6000 Pro series oscilloscopes are renowned for their high performance, with bandwidths ranging from 350 MHz to 2 GHz, offering 4 or 8 channels with expansion options to meet complex testing needs.
A sampling rate of up to 10 GSa/s and a waveform capture rate of 750,000 wfm/s ensure that no details of the signal are missed.
A rich array of optional software, such as Manchester, I2S, and CAN FD protocol decoding, makes them suitable for automotive electronics and high-speed communication fields.

Powerful Measurement Function

The SDS6000 Pro can measure over 60 parameters, including horizontal, vertical, channel-to-channel delay, and mixed measurements.

The parameter statistics function can display five measured values for any parameter: current value, average value, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation; it can simultaneously measure and statistically analyze 12 different parameters.

Histogram statistics can visually display the probability distribution of parameters; trend charts can reflect the changing patterns of parameters over time.

In addition, for measurements in the horizontal direction (such as period, pulse width, etc.), the traditional method of obtaining only one measurement value per frame has been abandoned.Instead, all specified horizontal item measurement values within a frame are calculated and included in the statistics, greatly improving testing efficiency.
